Sig P226 pellet pistol

Post by Shakey Jake » Tue Jun 02, 2020 2:23 pm

Here's the target I shot this afternoon. Distance was about 10 to 12 yards or so. It has the same weight as my other Sigs. The trigger is close but not the same. I put in the overlay to cover up yesterday's shooting. I haven't had a Co2 pistol since I was kid so couldn't compare it to anything else. The velocity is pretty good for around 40 shots and then starts slowing rapidly. I think it will keep me in practice though.

Looks just like the real thing. Even has the anchor marking and threaded barrel, or at least the looks.

That's nice shootin with the Co2 Jake! I have a few of those type and a couple have the operating slide that gives you the felt recoil.
The hotter it is outside the better power the Co2 delivers. Have a 1911 Co2 pistol that breaks down and operates like the real thing.

As I mentioned on forty's post, glad to see so many folks shooting air guns, right now. From my experience with air pistols, shooting them will definitely carry over to your powder burning pistols. In some respects, such as follow though, shooting air pistols is even more demanding.

I have a Sig P226 in 9mm. Best handgun I ever shot. Love it.
