Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Tea in the Henry mug this am. Rained last night and was cloudy all day. A Cool 44 starts off the day here headed to 66. Sitting here thinking about are fallen service men who gave me the freedom I live in and the freedom I have to enjoy the shooting I get to do.

Another morning with low clouds and fog in CT that should burn off by the afternoon to reveal mostly sunny skies. The temperature is currently 60° and it could reach as high as the low eighties later. Enjoy your day.

Oh well, cup of coffee and some Oreo's and cool it I guess. Woods is really lush.

50 and overcast. Today is supposed to be a transition day to a nice week of above temps and sunshine. Upper 80s by Friday with possible thunderstorms coming in this weekend. We are leaving tomorrow for the NE corner of Washington State where thunderstorms are more likely. Should be fun.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
for us, its been a busy morning .... left home at 5:45AM to drive our Daughter and 4 year old soon to be Grandson 25 miles to a surgery center where they would remove his tonsils and adenoids .... left them there and drove over to Sam's for what we hope will be our last shopping trip there between now and when we leave for South Dakota .... headed back home to unload, stopped by BoJangles for their Cajun Fillet Biscuit with egg and cheese added breakfast .... got home, ate, unloaded .... phone rang, the surgery was over and he was moved to recovery .... we headed back and got there 6 minutes before our Daughter and he came out the front door of the surgery center .... 100+ miles with several stops along the way we got back home at 10:30AM .... 70 degrees on its way to 76 with a 10% chance of rain today but heavy rain to move in early tomorrow morning and hang around all day .... heard on the morning news that we haven't had a single 90 degree day in May .... there were 8 in May of 2019

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Rain cooled 68° this morning at 6:30 ish walking the dogs. Clouds are keeping the high's to the mid 80's today. Work has been very slow lately. I should have applied for the small business (stimulus) loan but didn't think I would need it. I've been idle for over a week now. I know a lot of independent repair shops that have already succumbed to the pandemic. I feel for them.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Conflicting reports this morning in CT. We're having another overcast start to the day that will either become mostly sunny or stay mostly cloudy, all with temps in the mid to upper forties. It's a coin flip. We'll see. Enjoy your day.

60° overcast, wet, and fixin to rain again at any moment. Kinda of the norm lately. Normally have 24 inches of rain this time of year by now. Currently at 32". Guess we're going to beat another record. Oh joy!

55, sunny with a high of 82. Couple of grandkids put up a tent and slept in it last night. Have to take one of the bulldogs to vet, checkup, shots, blood test. 25 miles to vet I guess we’ll have to hit Micky D’s for breskfast,

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Tropical Storm Bertha has formed off the South Carolina coast and it slated to come ashore near Charleston later today .... it brings back memories from a few years ago when Hurricane Bertha had a major impact on our state .... the center of this storm is slated to move inland toward Charlotte which will take it away from our area .... rain is falling here and it is forecasted to hang around all day .... eggs, sausage, sliced tomato, and Folgers to kick off the day
ON EDIT : just checked the latest radar and much of the rain slated to move through our area today will be from the outer bands of Bertha
