Good video. Lot of variations in carry. I always say, if it works for you, then have at it.
I was never fond of the butt forward thing, but it looked good in the movies, so....
Personally, I carry concealed 95% of the time, strong side, close to my old bod. Works for me.
Thanks forty.. :D
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Nice reminder that what was old is new again. Not much has changed since then except the technology. Kydex instead of leather, etc. :D

I’d still go with the leather cross carry. I am still shopping for a holster.

Yes, I like the cross draw. Wish I had stuck with it, as that was my first choice for my new Ruger.
Oh well...might get one in the future.

what seems like a lifetime ago when I was in college, I worked at Western Town (AKA : tourist trap) .... I worked as a performer who filled in several other areas (like the chairlift, gold panning area, etc) when needed .... I carried a Ruger Blackhawk 357 in a holster very much like the one shown below .... from wearing it I quickly learned just how cumbersome it could be .... sitting in wooden chairs with arms could be aggravating .... wearing a 2 gun rig made doing so all but impossible .... based on that experience I can see the advantage to a belly or crossdraw holster
