RR, any word on the high wall?

Last I heard a couple of weeks ago he was trying to arrange shipping from USA; lots of orders not just mine. Hoping for an update this week. May end up with a Sharps 45-70 yet....

Lots of the land close by is private owned and leased by owners/ranchers. Cattle everywhere. large areas posted no trespassing. Even riding there are places you can go and places you can't. I could drive out to no man's land and shoot but my range is 10 minutes from home. Lots of rules and regulations here about distance from roads, buildings, parks, crown land, hunting seasons, etc. It isn't the camaraderie cuz I usually have the range to myself...haha. There is a place south of here that I can go and shoot long distances which I will do with my high wall some day.

Thanks RR. now I understand completely. The range makes perfect sense.

37° out, and mostly sunny. It's going to be 70° later. 2 cups of dark roast down, and I've gotta cook breakfast today. Lots to do today. 45 and sunny again this morning, kind of windy, my wife relented and gave up some space in her arts & crafts area. I think I’ll build another model train table. I’ll plan to make the table and be able to convert to workbench in case I want to get into reloading.

Sounds like a great idea Randy.
Around here the wind is suppose to be strong and gusty though. I hate riding in strong wind. It's even worse up on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which is a favorite ride. Much of it is closed temporarily anyway. ☹
Don't have the weight like you have to counter the wind.

Finished breakfast a while ago...watched Trackdown with morning coffee and we finshed the dog walk. Man things really wet out after our
rains last two days. Have to give a few days before I can wade around my range!
