Turned out ok today, got some saddle time in, temperature hit about 28F. Snowed a little while I was out but that's ok. Rifle got a good wipe down and oil when I got home.

57° and we live to fight another day. 3.6 inches of rain overnight. Quick survey of the property, and it looks ok. Working on my 1st cup of the black elixer to get me going. Cheers all.

CT is under a wind advisory today as a storm approaches from the south. Sustained gusts of fifty to sixty mph are forecast along with heavy rain lasting into the evening. Should be an interesting afternoon. Enjoy your day.

its already 72 on its way to 80 later today with heavy thunderstorms moving through .... at least one tornado has touched down and northwest of us .... as is normal for us, our Daughter, her foster son, and her pups have been here since before daylight .... about to sit down to an "interesting" breakfast with an excited 4 year old at the table .

18 with clear skies and the sun’s making an appearance. Had a cold front come thru this weekend after a nice sunny warm week. This week is supposed to be warming with mid 60’s by week’s end.
Enjoying some good ole Folgers right now and in a bit heading to town to pick up some RX’s. Planning on getting the hoses out and turning on the sprinkler system and hitting the lawn with some fertilizer this week. Yahoo, spring is here!

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
debris left by the storm mentioned in an earlier post that blew through our area shortly after daylight this morning .... don't believe there are very many dogwood blossoms left on our trees .... some power outages have been reported .... all-in-all we were very fortunate

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Well, Minnesota struck again. Saturday I was working in the yard in shirt sleeves. Sunday got cold with snow. Today, bright sunshine on the new snow and its cold again. twenties. Seems Winter wasn't done with us yet.

.
No heavy weather here. The normal rain fall has also been absent, getting very ground dry for this time of the year. The moisture (seen in the weather maps) seems to be going north into BC and coming down into Idaho/Montana and mid-west northern states.
Was 36. Currently 47 and sunny. Maybe 67 later.

Well, the sun finally made an appearance after 2 days. Afraid it had burned out. Thought I might have to go up there & replace
a bulb or something.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Yesterday's rain and wind have moved out and the sun is streaming into the Living Room this morning. That will give way in a couple of hours to mostly cloudy skies with temps in the mid-fifties. Enjoy your day.

38° and gray out. Drinking some some dark roast coffee, and sausage and eggs are on the skillet. Dogs fed, and I'm ready to go.
Cheers.
