Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pickles
yep, you read that right .. .. Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pickles .... the instructions and recipe can be found in this link https://pitboss-grills.com/recipes/pork ... ed-pickles .... a couple of things we did different .... for the meat part of the stuffing we used some of our own smoked sausage ..... recipe calls for 375 degrees, don't have that setting on our grill so we used 400 ..... bottom line, surprisingly good .... an alternative to Jalapeno poppers .... we fixed them on our Traveler using Hickory pellets .... the pickles remained crunchy .... we will most certainly fix them again

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I'm enjoying learning how to use this new grill .... getting the bacon done without over cooking what its wrapped around is challenging

Re: Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pickles
second run of pickles turned out better than the first .... difference this time is we used thin bacon as a wrap and mild pork sausage in the stuffing .... as can be seen in the picture, the bacon got done ..
