Starting the day as usual with Chocolate Instant Breakfast drink. The skis will once again be overcast in CT on this first Sunday in April, with temps rising into the upper fifties. Enjoy your day.
I haven't had one of those drinks since high school. If I remember, they weren't to bad.
When I was driving for a living, I used to always start the day with one of those. In the beginning they were called ' Carnation Instant Breakfast ', now they are branded ' Nestle ' I believe. Loved them.
Now I drink Starbucks cold mocha Frappacino. Yum!

Morning, slept in, and it felt good, haha.
It's 50° at the moment with sunny skies and a light breeze, due to be 74 later.
Not sure what's on tap for the day, something outside though.

Sunshine today with temps climbing. Only about 30 this AM. Warm for a couple days and then
we cool down again.

We have a couple restaurants that we frequent and we do not want them to go belly up from this shut down.
Both are offering carry out so we place an order whenever we can.
Yesterday we did both.

https://baldysbbqmn.com
Baldi's BBQ provided us with pulled pork and shrimp tacos for lunch. Really good.
Ordered online and simply walked in and picked up and took it home. No physical contact.

http://rancherosupperclub.com
The Ranchero Supper Club had three menu items to choose from. We each had the Prime Rib with baked potato and all the trimmings.
Also got a serving of Beef and Barley soup. In the Ranchero's case you simply place your order online or by phone, and they give you a curb time. Don't even go in. Precisely on time an employee came out with the dinners in a large sack.
It was Great!

If you're ever in the area give them a try.

Supposed two hit 50 today. Need face masks for work so I am going to bring in the sewing machine and give it a shot. Will attempt to make some using paper vacuum bag filter inserts with denim facing. Think the denim will look more manly.

CT will once again enjoy a sunny, mild day with temps in the mid-sixties and the skies should be clear enough tonight to view the perigee moonrise. Enjoy your day and check out that moon!
