news is depressing

Post by bandit1250 » Fri Apr 03, 2020 9:53 am

The news is very depressing right now and can't listen to it very long. Then I go to music to listen to. I don't even remember how I got to this on You Tube but it is pretty good to listen to. Maybe not for every one but I liked it. Easy on the eyes for the Henry guys also. I wasn't going to listen but glad I did. May be better singers than some of the newer American singers even though they are from Malaysia singing American songs. I was actually shocked when I listened to them.

We quit watching the news. Never had much use for it anyways. Catch the odd brief on radio when driving, that's plenty.

Good news doesn't sell. Bad is all you're going to get usually.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Thanks, Bandit. Totally enjoyed listening to both Zualbawihi and Lalchhanchhuaha in these links.

Don’t listen to those liars! We will be fine. Depend on your selves and your neighbors. We are the backbone of this country. Love your neighbor as yourself. Take care of one another.

Shut off the ‘news’!
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Legitimate journalists are not liars, though throughout history the messenger is often faulted for an accurate, though unpleasant message.

Columnists and political pundits -- NOT journalists -- by definition blur the truth or only present one, narrow viewpoint for the purpose of persuasion.

Be informed and know your sources because reliable information actually is power; on the other hand, propaganda is poison.

.
Same thing put in other words, a partial incomplete truth is a spin and lie by omission.

Why do you think they call it television programing?
