Starting what would have been my wife's Seventieth birthday with chilly temps in the forties and cloud cover. Rain is expected this afternoon with temps rising into the low fifties. In times gone by, we would be celebrating her birthday with a dinner of King Crab Legs and her favorite Pineapple Upside Down cake.

Enjoy your day and hold your sweetheart a little tighter.

Was 38. Currently 44 and cloudy. Maybe 50 later with rain. Today is grocery order pickup. Order online. They put it in the back of the car when picked up. Hand sanitize the hatchback latch before opening when we get home.

4-5 day wait. We do a weekly. Place the initial order Thursday for Monday pickup. Many things out of stock when we place the initial order. So we do Friday, Saturday, Sunday basket updates. Store gets their shipments, Saturday and Sunday evenings. So we usually get most hings on our list. Today, one item not available and two substitutions.

56 on its way to 59 with steady to heavy rain on the way for later today .... Sam's has set aside 7 - 9 AM on Tuesday and Thursday for us old folks .... its a 30 minute drive for us so we were up early and got there just before the doors opened .... a bunch of us were already lined up, spaced at appropriate socially distant intervals .. ;) .. once the doors opened the line moved quickly .... all concerns with social distancing disappeared at the toilet paper display .... they had a large stock and limit of 1 54 roll pack per customer .... back home now, breakfast is on the way

Morning 48° and raining when I got up, it's stopped for the moment but there's more on the way.
Gonna spend some time at the bench today, have one small errand to run, then back home.

Probably get a break for a couple hrs. like we are at the moment, but there's a more coming for sure.
Looks like it will start here again in about a hour.
