That's a great set up tgr. I like the firing line especially.

I hope this is one of the places you will spend more time at. I didn't say it on Gunner, but over here, I can reset your password for you if you need it.

Nice range.

I have seen many Pellet gun traps of the years, but that rig is especially nice. I would guess that it can easy be converted to stand taller. I have a number of stops in my backyard and one in my garage. I shoot almost daily in my backyard. I also train with air pistols to aid my pistol shooting. Especially Point and shoot skills. Trust me, that training has really aided my pistol/revolver shooting.

Here is a quickly made trap that I use and scatter around the yard, hang in trees etc. Just a Walmart bag filled with old clothes. Stops even magnum pellets and easy to throw away and make a new one. I also use as a portable light weight shooting rest.

The towel doubled stops BB's and pellet perfect and far better then the pellet trap . The pellet look perfect and not deformed . I shoot the high dollar BB's in my 499 and I shoot the reclaimed ones in my Red Ryder .

tgr,

Have you ever melted the used pellets and made new ones out of them? Or, if they don't deform, have you tried using them again?

Whiskeyshooter,

I did the same thing with clip boards for my indoor range in my basement.

I do not reuse them. A pellet deformed will cause terrible accuracy. In fact Pellets are just like Bullets of individual rifles and pistols. One gun may love a certain pellet, but hate another. There are a wide range of Pellets and Pellet heads and shapes to choose from Straight shooters offers a nice Pellet sampler to get your perfect pellet for that perfect gun. Look at these pellets below.

http://www.straightshooters.com/.177-ca ... lelts.html This is just 177. alone, also 22. 20. and others.

now at Straightshooters will give shooters the average fps and deviation of particular rifle, like the Diana 34.

Shooting your pellet gun down the hallway.
It's great to be a grown up. Our parents would never let us do things like this....................
