ammo box for the range
I got a box to use for a ammo carrier when I go to the range. It holds more than I thought it would and gets pretty heavy. I can put my sharpie markers in the top tray and ear plugs and quite a few boxes of ammo for the 22's. The bottom is big enough for several bulk packs of 22's and some rolled up targets plus other things you need along at the range. I had a few guys at the range today who wanted to know where they could get one. This one came from a hardware store. I like the cars on it because I drove the older Mopars growing up.

That's a pretty cool tool box. I like the Mopars too.

Re: ammo box for the range
Looks like it holds lots. I just take a box of ammo with me and everything else (glasses, ear plugs, markers, etc) are in a pouch on my rifle bag. I usually don't take more than a box of ammo. The most I shoot is 40 rounds at a time, more often just 20. Once I have a revolver I'll take more ammo probably, so a box like yours will be better.

Re: ammo box for the range
I don't think a Mopar "B" engine will fit this box. The "B" engine was a very well engineered design. External mounted oil pump instead of in the pan like other brands engines. Distributor had no gear on the shaft which made it easy to take out and put back in. I changed my 413 intake with in line dual quads to the Ram Induction long ram setup back to a single four barrel for cold weather driving and no street racing going on and never had to replace the metal valley pan gasket. Is that a 383 or 400 pictured?
