My 17th anniversary

Post by daytime dave » Mon Jul 04, 2016 8:08 pm

17 years ago I took my fiance out on our first date. It was love at first date. We each raised our children on our own. They are grown and out of the houses. We are combining our households and starting to remember what enjoying life might be like.

July 4th! What a great anniversary date. When you have the wedding, which I hope will be also be on Independence day, be sure to invite us... or post a picture or two or three for us to celebrate along with you. ;)

Congratulations and wish you many more to come. The big question is: In 17 years have you taught her to shoot? ;)

She shot an air rifle once and a .22 revolver once. After each session she fancied herself a version of Annie Oakley. I think on both occasions barns with broad sides were safe.
