Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Morning rainy and 54° here in central W TN. this AM.
Yesterday was beautiful and I got the ole scooter out, and road a couple hours.
Felt good with the wind in the face.
Little faster than RR's leisurely ride, but quite enjoyable.

35° overcast, and rains coming I guess. My reloading chores are backing up. I better get busy soon, and stay off the radio for awhile. Cheers all!

57 here & raining. Creeks up & muddy. Cumberland river, too thin to plow & too thick to drink, LOL. Ready for some nice warm, dry weather. None coming any time soon.

47° with thunder storms and hard rain. I hope it stops soon, so I can shoot this little feller that followed me home yesterday, plus I got my carry permit in the mail yesterday. Oh yeah, it's a 9mm. Cheers.

Been watching the Nashville news all AM. Davidson Co, Wilson Co. , Putnam Co. all hard hit, as Vaquero said 9 dead. It's a mess.
Here at home 1.78 in. rain, lake in the back yard. other than that sun's shining, 67 today. March has come in like a lion.

My wife's Dad lives 40 miles south of Nashville, and we woke him up during that mess. He said it was ok there.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Thanks, Sis, all I had was rain, but, the death toll from the storm has now risen to 19, and several missing. I-40 from Lebanon to Cookeville is closed due to several tractor trailers overturned. The storm took a path 135 miles long, from Camden to Cookeville.
The damage.... really can't describe it. It's bad, is about all I can say.

Today would have been a better day to go to the range but my shooting partner has Mondays off.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
An update on the weather situation in Tenn, Confirmed death toll now up to 22. 16 in Putnam Co. alone. Estimates thus far say F3 & up. Many home flattened down to the ground. I-40 back open, where 8 big rigs well tossed over, block both sides. High tension power lines down.
Good news is , many volunteers out helping in the clean up. TN is the Volunter state.
Gonna be a long time getting this mess cleaned up & starting over. Lebanon, which is about 15 mi. South of me, was hit pretty hard.
