that is a nice mix .... the 06 and 223 should really deliver a punch to pans at that distance ..

Lol, yeah im sure they would. I do shoot the .223 at the skillets, but the 06 I have to go further up the the hill at the 100 yd mark. I don't have a target set up at That distance, but I have it marked for future target. I rarely shoot the 06 around here anymore, she's pretty much just a sited in safe queen. Used to be my go to rifle out West for Deer.

What is the "out West for deer" rifle? Do like 30-06's myself.

Winchester model 70 XTR. It's a real tack driver.

Indeed! I had an XTR some years ago in 7mm RM. Very accurate rifle. The XTR's and Featherweight's were my favorite Win bolt rifles.
Then, the lever bug bit. We all know the rest!

I had a Winchester 1895 in 30-06. That was a neat rifle. Japan made, but the fit and finish was excellent. I shouldn't have traded it, but we all know how that goes.

Shot 60 rds of hand loads through my AR15 today, and 100 rounds of 115 gr 9mm out of my EDC S&W M&P. That was fun. My Wife donated 4 kitchen canisters for the cause. No pictures yet, but I'll get em up soon.
