50 + mph winds today but very warm at 50*. I just took a short walk outside and see I already have two smaller trees down. More firewood! Snow is melting fast and I have some ponding cuz the ground is still frozen. Planning on splitting more kindling this morning and then back in my recliner at 1:00 to watch my beloved Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball team. Go Zags!

MIght lose power but the generator is ready.......

Spring is HERE! Well, not hardly, but it's already in the high thirties and headed for the forties. :D
Course by Tuesday it's supposed to be a high of 25 again.
But for today we'll take it. Bright sunshine, windy, and unseasonably warm. 8-)

Woke up to 13, up to 22 now with light overcast skies. Tomorrow is supposed to start a little bit colder then 3-5” of snow Tuesday into Wednesday. Too bad, the old snow was starting to disappear.

Had a few Buffalo Trace’s watching the game yesterday so the Folgers is tasting particularly good this morning. Glad I won’t have to do any plowing today.

warm overnight .... 62 when we got up this morning on its way to 74 later this afternoon .... today's key weather word is wind, its blowing steady out of the South at 16 mph with gusts to 26 mph .... reminds us of South Dakota .... patches of blue sky one minute, sprinkling rain the next .... they are calling for snow north of us in a couple of days
