Evenin Mark, well I just sampled the 46, and Al is right it is a good Bourbon, fairly smooth.
But at double the price, it's not doubleable good
I can see me buying some. But for the price difference not that often.

Thanks for the report Randy. Not to dis Al's recommendation, but I'm probably better off not exposing my taste buds to something more expensive. My neighbor, when up at the cabin come spring, keeps a well supplied bar. Maybe He'll have the 46 and I can get a sample come spring. Till then, the Trace is keeping a smile on my face...uuum good!
BTW, noticed from your pic, you pay $4.00 less a bottle. It's $29.99 here.
Bottoms up my friends.

I pay about 34.00 on avg for that bottle of 46 out here. I know its more than the BT but I have a bottle of whiskey here that has a C note price on it. I buy one a year. Its a special occasion whiskey. Maybe you can just do a 46 evey now and then. Just wanted you to give it a ride.

You guys crack me up! Been racing my model cars all day[slot cars, remember those?], and again all day tomorrow. It's the West coast's biggest race, so, I'm in. Friggin' pooped! A couple beers and hit the sack. I start drinking bourbon, I AIN'T racing tomorrow. Came in 5th out of 27 racers today. Tomorrow about 50. Bunch of old geezers who think we're 17 again. We never grow up.

Ya I remember those for sure. There use to be a track about 20 miles west of me in Loveland. Man I got all involved in that for a while. But its the same way there that it is in real life Tom. Money makes em go faster. Maybe some whiskey tonight would make you a better racer tomorrow.

Mark, thanks. Lot of very fast racers tomorrow; it's the main event: 1/24 scale Can-Am.

Some of my favorite songs came from that man: "Think I'll just stay here and drink", and "Big city" and a host of others.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it seemed the tracks started to close about '69-70. That's when I stopped and got into desert dirt bike racing and at the same time, discovered firearms. Imagine that!
