Sold a rifle

I parted company with my Ruger Mini 14 ranch yesterday. Bought it last fall and still hadn't shot it and probably never would. I have been drooling over a new Nikon 200-500mm lens and haven't been able to justify spending $1400.00 for it, so the reason for selling the Ruger. The sale of the Ruger covered a good portion of the lens cost so the lens is now on order. Not to worry, I don't want anything bad enough to sell my Henry.

Sounds like a good move, I have done the same in the past when I had a rifle that just sat in the gun cabinet and I wanted a new one.

I had a Ruger Mini 14 Ranch and while it was a nice firearm it really didn't fit any of my needs.
