Of course, here is a picture.

When I bought my first Henry, a Big Boy Steel in .357, I had just come off the range and on the way out talked to the owner. He made me a new offer on the trade in they weren't going to give me enough for earlier in the day, and I decided right then to get the Henry. After the transaction was complete, I went right back to the range and ran a couple dozen rounds through it. I just couldn't wait for another day to try it out. Daughter and I came back the next day and gave it a good workout. We've been in love with it ever since.JWC wrote:Oh yeah, like it or not, I am back. lol Thanks for the kind words. I hope to shoot it this weekend.

Welcome back.JWC wrote:Clovishound, great story. My next Henry, will be a .22. Undecided on which model, but it will be a .22 lever action.
White Squirrel, I thought about the Golden Boy, but I believe I am leaning more toward the Silver Boy. I have two Henry's, .44 and .45colt, both have the brass receivers. I am thinking that I would like the Silver Boy just to have a different finish. I really haven't made a decision, but I am leaning toward the Silver Boy.White Squirrel wrote:Welcome back.JWC wrote:Clovishound, great story. My next Henry, will be a .22. Personally, I like my Henry Frontier .22LR as I just like the blued guns.
In your case though, a Golden Boy would be a nice match with that Big Boy .44!
