Hello from NJ
Hello everyone. I'm from the gun friendly state of NJ LOL Yeh right.
Well just got my Henry BB 357 for my 50th birthday. Well it's in July but I couldn't wait. Wife was gonna by a laptop me, I'm like no thanks, I'll just use yours. Now a nice shiny Henry screams 50th birthday gift.
I got the bug a couple years ago to buy a lever action. I almost bought a Marlin 35 rem late 50s, but Im. Glad I went with a new Henry.
Now do I go with a skinner express is my next decision!

Re: Hello from NJ
Welcome aboard, Great Birthday gift!
I vaguely remember my fiftieth, And just added a SW22 Victory for my 62nd. This birthday I will remember as you will yours every time you pull the trigger.
You may have noticed that Skinner is a sponsor and Andy is a member here as well. Up there in the title block is a handy link to Skinner Sights.

Re: Hello from NJ
I also liked the range times with my .357 Big Boy (H006M), and have posted some of those experiences. Check them out in the Range Report forum under my moniker.
Also in the Gun Cleaning and Maintenance forum, I wrote about how I cleaned the bronze on a Big Boy. I was really pleased with the cleaning results, but also thought my photos of the Big Boy turned out really nice in this post. It is titled: "Bronze Big Boy -- Flitz and the Bronze."
