Ok, heard from my dealer. He had to renew his import license to get shipments from USA. Says his shipments should be moving again soon and will let me know as soon as he gets it. Good news. It will be worth the wait. Can't imagine the red tape to bring guns into Canada.

Nah, I'm good. It takes as long as it takes. I just keep stock piling ammo.

Here's hoping it's in the shipment though....there used to be a company called IRUNGUNS that brought shipments into Alberta but he no longer does it because of the hassle I think.
My Cimarron dealer is just a 1 man show. He does not normally supply from Taylors. If Cimarron still offered the hi/low walls it would be coming from them.

Update; the guy texted me today....our federal gov't requires all bulk firearms importers/exporters now to be investigated before licenses are issued or renewed. He says the process is almost done and expects to be back in business early in new year with all his shipments and stock moving. Hope so.

Being in Canada, old cowboy type rifles are not abundant. Even if I can find what I want online, unless it's already here in the country for sale, I can't get it across the border. So, the wait is on. I have seen a couple of high walls for sale here but not in my caliber.
