Mine took exactly 2 weeks including ship time. But then mine was just a minor lockup adjustment. Their online status of what is happening wasn't very useful. Suggest giving them a call.

Yeah the online part is useless , we called Friday and they said they would email us a tracking number when it shipped ......... they wouldn't give us anymore info than that πŸ€”πŸ€”

10-4 .... having a tracking number will certainly help take away some of the uncertainty

I got the email a couple days before the online status was updated. The email gave tracking information and nothing else, so I emailed Henry to find out what they fixed. I got a brief email report of what they did and then a few hours later the online status got updated. So at that time they didn't have their ducks in the right order.

I hate to think evil of Henry owners, but I wonder if someone else ordered the big loop, then scammed Henry in returning the regular loop in the big loop box. Then no one at Henry verified what they got back inside the box and just put the box back in inventory.

It was in a sealed plastic bag that had to be cut open ....... it really isn't a big deal and things like that do happen . I just hope this isn't becoming the normal for Henry . My H010B 45-70 i bought a couple months ago had issues also , but i just took care of it myself . It had burrs inside the magazine tube that was binding and galding the brass tube . I just took it apart and deburred it , But i do know its getting harder and harder to find employees that do good work . Part of me wonders if Henry is just getting to many irons in the fire , and Quality control is starting to slip away

when something (positive or negative) affects us directly I'm inclined to give it more credence than it usually deserves .... we've received outstanding service after the sale from Henry but I do realize no company is perfect and mistakes can/will happen ....

Ya, sounds like someone just pulled the wrong part from inventory. We've had some discussion/posts elsewhere here on the sometimes quality slips ups.
Henry makes beautiful and solidly built firearms, but they goof frequently on the nuance details and sometimes the mechanics of the actions. They recover nicely from those with the best and most generous customer service.

Absolutely nothing other than a tracking number lol ..... the track your guns progess and get updates sounds awesome, but pretty much is a false statement. But im not gripping as i feel that they took care of it pretty quick , about 1 1/2 weeks at there facility isn't to bad 😁. Now hopefully all is good with it , when it shows up !!

That was my experience too. I sent them feedback about that after I got mine back. Didn't hear back. If you care to, check it again in a few days.

By now, and especially with news of it in route, your wife's trigger finger has got to be getting real twitchy!

I usually get Ups ground in 3 days , most of the time it goes to the closet big hub and on the first flight to Anchorage Alaska . But its a crap shoot shipping from Alaska outbound , no telling where that first plane is headed for when leaving here lol
