More good customer service...
The Priming Tool from my (18 mos. old) Challenger Kit broke last week. One of two retaining clips on the cover snapped off. I thought I'd have to buy a new one or just secure it with an elastic band for a while, but I contacted Lee Precision through their website and a replacement part is in the mail.

I've never needed Lee's customer service, but good to here they stand behind their products.

Re: More good customer service...
my first reloading equipment included "Lee Loaders" .... http://www.walmart.com/ip/35528493?wmls ... 91&veh=sem .... those who may have used them probably are aware of an occasional surprise when setting new primers ..
.. since them I have bought a few of their items but have tended to go with other manufactures .... I'm glad to hear of your positive experience with their customer service

Always good to hear such positive CS stories. That's what makes a company singular.
The more this happens, 'tis good for all concerned.

Sometimes bad customer service is the undoing of an otherwise good company. Glad to hear there are still some good companies with great CS.PT7 wrote:Always good to hear such positive CS stories. That's what makes a company singular.

Good news on the CS.
RCBS has also been good. When I decided to load lead bullets I called and spoke to them about the differences in the regular dies sets and the cowboy sets. Other than the calibers it is mainly just a slightly larger M style expander die for the cowboy sets. I asked if I could buy the larger expanders for my 44 and 45/70. They sent them free of charge.
