Everyone in our area fences off any garden or newly planted tree with deer-proof fencing. Sprays and deer-resistant plants and shrubs are a waste of money. We learned that one, quick. Our local neighborhood forest is so over-browsed as to be unhealthy. Can't remember a day when we haven't seen deer. Love having wildlife around, including deer, but a novelty they are definitely not for us.
Nevertheless, I have a friend who refuses to put up fencing, because the garden is "hers" and not the deer's. She's learned to hate her neighborhood deer for daring to intrude on "her" garden and would rather shoot at them with a BB gun when she can, instead of putting up a fence. She thinks she can somehow magically reprogram those deer to think like a human and respect her private property. She's basically a city gal, of course. She loves the natural world, but has no grasp of how wildlife thinks and interacts. Have seen this over and over in so many people in my lifetime.
The site should be fixed. We show secure now, we should have a favicon and the picture aspect should be better.

Ct if we lived by you, you wouldn't have that issue. The manly man is an apple head!
I never take myself seriously....

I understand the lost interest and the deep funk. Maybe the neighbors will come and get some this year.
Don't let the old man in
