The KC heat & humidity definitely followed you east, Jim. It's about 11:30am now, and although humid, thankfully the temp is 75* -- relief level! Ah well. Sure hope you had a good round of shooting today.

Is that the one just west of St. Louis? We stay quite often in St Charles as we have family there.
yes ... its address is 1100 Antire Rd, High Ridge, MO 63049 ... their website ===> https://nature.mdc.mo.gov/discover-natu ... ion-center .... their rifle/pistol range has been closed for going on 3 years .... that's truly a shame .... shotgun ranges are open
We always stay at Sundermeier RV Park in St Charles. Close by.

Whoa, way too early! Some kind of loud crash from outside, or I dreamed it, woke me up at 4:20am. Was sleeping nicely. :(

So here I am with a cup of double mocha. Glanced at my outdoor temp gauge. Without any weather reports looked at yet, pretty sure it will be a scorcher today. The 4:30am temp is 82*, and the sun is not yet risen. Good 'ole summertime in KCMO...

Been really nice the last few days here. Right now in the 70s with thunderstorms threatening this morning. Then a high of 82 and tomorrow in the 70s and dry air for a week. Good time of the year. Going to the range this morning. Got some new 9mms to try out.

Still cooler here than normal. 52 and mostly sunny. Maybe 82 later. 90% chance of rain tomorrow, with maybe a high of 68. Yes 68, not a transposition typo.

Into high 80's today, then we are out of the hot weather until next year. Cooler weather coming.

currently 67 just east of Asheville in the NC mountains .... by the time we get home later today the forecast is for it to be in the low 90's .... hope they are correct in calling for it to cool down on Saturday ... travel day limits coffee to one mug so my Henry Mug has a light morning's work ... understand that about 3" of rain fell at home yesterday evening ....... :D
