Its already been mentioned and in 22 LR RR its just merely a practice gun for those who shoot long Range BPCR all the time. Expensive yes but those who participate in that sport have spent a ton of money on those guns. So they see it as cheap alternative to shooting there big bores for practice.

I have been watching the American Heroes channel series "Blood & Fury; the Civil War". It's very good historical docu-drama. I love that they have all the period details right. Saw several of these rifles throughout the series.
