Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Has been mid 20's overnight and mid 50's most days for the past week here in southern Aus. Days have been great with it feeling even warmer in the sunshine. Need to make the most of this weekend as the prediction for the next week is another change Friday with 4 days of snow.
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Hot and sunny here. I’m taking my first day off in a loooong time, so after Vaquero and Mags math questions, I’m going to have a well deserved coffee and jump in my pool to start the day...

You should have had the coffee first, before the math.

We're doing that tomorrow with pan cakes. Got this great Lodge carbon steel griddle pan 10x18 that does bacon excellent on the BBQ!

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Only way I do bacon at my house anymore on the wood pellet fired BBQ grill. No house mess and no need to turn it near as often

We used to wrap a cookie sheet in aluminum foil and then place baking parchment paper on top of the foil and bake the bacon in the oven at 450. The parchment paper kept the bacon from sticking to the foil. After the grease cooled a bit we'd place a paper towel over it, undo the foil, roll up it up and put it in the trash. No need to wash the cookie. Now the wife got tired of even the little bit of grease splatter in the oven, so now it's baked on the BBQ. But there is also now the Lodge griddle to wash afterwards.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
More deck staining today, pleasant temps, 80's. Not doing much tomorrow. My F350 engine light came on Friday night, and hesitant accelerating. Thinking maybe mass airflow sensor. Take it in Tuesday for a checkup. Monday is a holiday here in Canada. No special reason, just cuz we like long weekends I guess.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
101 predicted for tomorrow, too hot. I can't take the extreme heat like I could when I was younger. At least it's supposed to be back in the mid-80's by next weekend, still too hot but better.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Morning guys, hadn't been on much lately.
Still hot and humid around here.
Still going to therapy, going here in a little bit.
Should have most of the parts to get the scooter back together by tomorrow.
Got to get the fender painted still but may have it back together this weekend.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
our string of beautiful weather continues in east central South Dakota .... the forecast is calling for heavy thunderstorms to move through south of us, we can only hope they stay down there .... 67 degrees on its way to 85 with literally a clear blue sky
