This one is nice yet not flashy. It has room for a large RV and no CCR’s yet the neighborhood is not trashy.

I like that place Gene especially with all the out buildings.
Don't let the old man in

Did somebody say “garage”?

I would be concerned with the base board heat but otherwise I could get lost in all that garage/shop space. Particularly the finished heated one.

I like the garages, but 6 bedrooms and multi levels are a nonstarter for me.

When I see outbuilding like that, I think "indoor air gun range". Yee, haw!

Think of it as a three bedroom one story rambler with a finished basement.

That’s what I was thinking. Shooting outside might be limited but I can build a 5, 10, and 15 yard range in that outbuilding for the long cold Montana winters.

The best one yet, in my opinion. Only thing lacking would be that I would be liking more land. Nice house, love the garage and shop. Much better taxes too.

I like using a different site and found this house on it. It has dropped $68,000 in price in less than one month from the listing history. Seems like they are anxious to sell. Although I'm not of fan of Natural Gas that it has, if you would like to buy it I would hurry up and bid $525,000. They very well could take it.
