Butte gets a bad rap, but it seems to be a nice place near some great country. And it was the home of Elmer Keith.

Butte is near the Berkeley Pit. Another Superfund project near town hasn’t even been approved.

Been through Butte a number of times. I'd have a hard time settling for air and water quality, there, with so many better places in Montana. That's me, though. Each to their own, as always.
