The high and low for the next ten days will be between 18 and -3. I guess the annual ice age is here. That and I broke the first Christmas light at the top of the forum.

Blew 5" of wet heavy snow yesterday. Ground is not frozen yet so I also blew some dirt and gravel. Supposed to get another 10 - 12 inches of wet stuff today and tomorrow. Glad I had the foresight to get the lawn tractor switched to winter mode last Saturday.☃️

25 and sparkly out there but nice and toasty here in front of the fire. Our first taste of winter today and for the next several days. High should be in the upper 30’s. Still no snow in the future.

The Washington State Cougars play their last regular season game today against the Oregon State Beavers. If they win that will make them bowl eligible so hoping the season continues. It’s been a somewhat disappointing season with the new coach we poached from BRM’s South Dakota St Jackrabbits. Currently 5-6 with three of the losses coming against ranked teams on the road. All lost by a single score and the Cougs were in it at the end but just couldn’t finish the deal. :(

its been a beautiful but cold day in our part of central NC .... 46 at 2:30PM with that predicted to be our high for today .... they are calling for a low of 28 tonight which, if the forecast is correct, will be our last subfreezing temp for several days .... as cold as that is for us, the following pictures were taken today in Estelline, SD where we used to spend our summers .... the first two pictures are of the town campground and our site .... the rest show around town .... so far I've left home twice today .... first time to haul trash .... second time to the local hardware to pickup some items to repair a section of our camper's underbelly

Our weather down under has been all over the place for the month I have been locked out.
We had a couple of heavy frosts in the middle of this month, destroyed most of my vegie garden and I have had to replant most of it.
Set to continue this week although it looks like summer will finally arrive towards the end of the week with temperature to be in the mid 90's but early in the week will still see maximums in the mid 50's and minimums dipping into the 30's

Its cooler here today as the cold air mass has made it down south. Its our last day in Blanco Tx USA and tomorrow we move on down to the Gulf. Its just a short 3 hour ride with the only fun part being the drive through San Antonio. Since we started coming this way though its not as bad as coming from the west. We are looking forward to meeting up with the winter time friends we have made over the past 6 years we have been blessed to be able to do this.

^^^^^just saw that Al, looks cold down Texas way. Safe travel on your short trip to the gulf.

Here it’s 24 with an expected high in the low 30’s but dry. We have a suggestion of some snow Monday night into Tuesday, we’ll see about that. Hope the mountains get hammered. Worked outside most of the day yesterday and even tho I was properly dressed I got a bit cold. It did get a little breezy which didn’t help. This old body is not conditioned to winter yet.

We’ve been on a hunt for some new furniture and today we’re making a trip over to Coeur d’alene Idaho (40 miles from my place) to take another look at a dining set. Got rid of the old one and I’m getting tired of using a card table. Unfortunately my wife is terrible at making decisions. Ugh!
