Loaded up 250 rounds of 38 special and 100 rounds 40 S&W. Now it's time to sit down and enjoy a whiskey stone sour. Just some cheap Seagram's, but it tastes fine in cocktails. I save the Wild Turkey 101 and several Irish whiskeys for sipping.

Tea time....went to the range tonight and had a lot of fun. Going to Cabela's tomorrow for some ammo. Didn't expect to be back in Calgary so soon but my wife wants to go. While I'm there I can make a bullet run!

Just one Budweiser tonight, I have to be up early to drive the two hours up interstate 81 and 78 to Allentown to see mom. I will stop at Cabela's in Hamburg, Pa. which is right off that exit of route 78. I want to have lunch in their deli, probably a buffalo burger and a drink. I like to just browse around and look at their used guns and then look again at their trophy room and other wildlife displays. I may buy a new cap. There is a lot to see there. I have never been to any other Cabela's but this one is very nice, as I am sure that they all are. Nice pictures, Dutch. Yup, we have quite a few critters roaming wild in our KC Cabelas, as well. Really some great displays.
Enjoy your day away!

Dutch, thanks for those great photographs.

I've only been to one Cabela's myself. It was the one in Kansas City. I was impressed.

Maybe just one beer tonight. After my trip to Allentown today I cut and edged the lawn. Tomato plants, lettuce, cucumbers, beans and peppers are in the ground. Gota watch those pesky rabbits. A few more flowers to plant on Friday. We like to drive the 14 miles out to the massive nursery and vegetable farm that the Amish own and sell their flowers, shrubs, trees and vegetable plants to the public. I also like to go on a Friday or Saturday because that's when they have lots of homemade baked goods for sale. :D

Tea time once again, and watching/listening to thunderstorms rolling in across the mountains just west of us. Good weekend, rode horses, shot the Henry, got grass cut, and called my mother...all good.
