Birthday shooting

Post by Cofisher » Sat Sep 06, 2025 9:01 pm

We, grandkids and I, went out for a shootarama yesterday. Celebrating my 75th birthday. Started late, only had an hour or so. Of 15 or more firearms, we made do with a dozen or so.

Started out with the 22's. Fun. 3 grandkids and a knowledgeable boyfriend.
Tall grass made target hard to see. I shot only my Ruger SP 101, and my Henry 357. One shot from my grendel destroyed the spinning target. Lol

Lots of 9mm later, we called it a night. Steak and fresh sweet corn were on the table soon. It was a treat to spend time with these good kids.

Congrats and Happy Birthday. That's a great way to celebrate.

I turned 75 earlier this summer.

Happy Birthday cofisher! I'll be 75 in Nov. I'll be at my buddy's property in the desert that day and shooting will happen.
Glad you had fun.

I am glad that you had a great day. Just remember some day you will wish that you were 75. I should know.
