Registered a while back finally introducing myself
Hello everyone,
I’ve got a couple of Henry Rifles a golden boy
and a Brass 45-70
I’m a big fan of lever action rifles, I own a small horse ranch in North Central Florida. I ride horses and teach riding full time. I live in one of the few truly rural and remote areas in Florida because of the management areas that loosely surround my ranch. I actually ride with lever guns occasionally and shoot off of one of my 8 horses with my golden boy.
I’m very blessed to have the life I have and I’m looking forward to sharing my rifles adventures on, hunts, horses, and reloading with the forum.

Welcome from Nebraska. Cool that you have some open space in Florida. I expect that is pretty uncommon. Enjoy your Henry's and the forum.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Welcome to the family. Jump right in and post, share, and be sure to include pics. Horses, and everything. I'm sure Ranch Roper would love to see your horses... ... and until the kids all grew up and moved away, Miss T was way into horses. She had trained and shown horses since her childhood.
Miss Tina and I are now in South Central Oklahoma, but lived in Central VA for most of our 30 plus years of Marriage. I grew up all over the state of Florida however, from the Keys, both coasts, to the panhandle. I loved it as a kid and when we decided to sell the farm and move out of the state a few years ago we looked briefly at the state. We couldn't find the less populated areas I remembered as a child, nor prices we wanted to pay, so we kept looking. I still have my mother's family scattered around the Gainesville area and my Dad outside the Air Station at P'Cola for more than 50 years.
Again, welcome to the family, we'll pick on one another like family, but always poking fun. The mods won't allow anything else. We mean it when we say, be nice.

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
