York, Pa. gun show

Post by bandit1250 » Mon Jun 27, 2016 6:35 am

I went to York, Pa. gun show Saturday and it sucked. I believe that one is going to be scratched off my gun show list. I can't believe how the FFL dealers give the smart --- answers they give and act like they don't care if you buy anything or not. They really act like they don't want to be there trying to sell there stuff. I am going to start to only go to the small fireman's shows and skip most of the big shows. I did sell my CZ 453 Varmint 22 while there to a dealer that wanted it for his own personal collection. It had a great trigger with the set trigger on it but I just never really cared for it as much as my other CZ's. I am thinking about really thinning down my rifle collection between now and November. The center fire ones will be first to go but may be followed by some 39A Marlin's also. Hard to single out what I want to keep or sell.

Good luck with your sales. I don't go to too many gun shows anymore. They are usually mobbed with all sorts of people who are pushing and shoving. No fun for me.

I haven't been to the big shows here in a long time and they charge for parking . We have a smaller one that is closer to home and has plenty of free parking.
I think I can convince my wife that a 39A should be on my Christmas list. :D
Load on Sunday and Shoot all Week.......okay it's a Mare's Leg I will reload on Wednesday. ;)
