Power Outage At The Range

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Jan 06, 2019 7:26 pm

I was planning to go to the range tomorrow but just received an e-mail saying the range is closed because of a power outage. I’m hoping the power is back on tomorrow.

No it’s an outdoor range but it has flashing lights and a very loud buzzer for ceasefires.

Come on down to my place...I have no flashing lights or buzzers and no power unless I bring the generator! :D

No word about the power being back on but I’m driving out anyway hoping it might be open when I get there.

All I’m taking is this pistol and some ammo.

Nice little Ruger plinker I have one just like it.
Are the two potholes strategically placed to slow people down?

You should see the Great Lakes in the parking lots.

My range is lacking in power, too, but this time of year ... :)

Not quite as much snow, this winter (yet), but lots more ice, thanks to some nasty ice storms.

Bummer for the closed range SH. Of the pictures of outdoor ranges, liking Mistered's. The camp fire adds a nice look.
They are all nice, 'cept for that closed gate.
