Just Moved from California! - to Las Vegas

Very happy to report that my family has relocated to Southern Nevada from Southern California.

For many reasons this is good for us, substantially lower cost of living, my wife can stay at home with our son, and of course many more firearms options to add to my collection! (Mare's leg?!?)

Anyway, I have been a member of the Calguns online forum community for years. Great source of information over there. I'd like to join a similar group here in Nevada. Anyone know of a Nevada specific forum for firearm enthusiasts?

Welcome to the forum. I'm from Washington State and also joined Calguns. It was a good source of information during the ammo shortage.

I do feel a bit free-er! I've always received black friday emails from Kentucky Gun Company and Tombstone Tactical but more than half of the listing didn't apply to me. The handguns were never on the CA Roster and the rifles were of the 'assault' variety. Now it's all available to me!

The funny thing is, I always wanted to have this type of freedom and I haven't purchased anything to celebrate yet! I'm not looking for anything crazy, maybe just a Gen 4 Glock or standard capacity AK?

Congratulations on your move. Keep us posted on what you do with your new found freedom, but don't rub it too badly in the faces of your former brethren from CA. It's good to have you back to posting again too.
