Big Boy Silver question

Post by NoFlyZone » Wed Jul 19, 2017 11:19 pm

Any other owners of the Big Boy Silver model here? I recently bought a very slightly used Big Boy Silver in 357. I haven't shot it.
It looks like new with no dings or scratches and I hope to keep it that way. My question is, what are you guys using to polish up the silver?
Henry polish? Flitz? Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks, Dale

Check the gun cleaning and maintenance topic....there was some discussions about polish, not sure about the silver but you might find some help there. Congrats on the Henry, that's a sharp looking rifle.

Thanks RanchRoper, I hadn't thought of reading there  LOL.
I did an overall search for "silver polish" and didn't find anything.
I'll head over to cleaning section and look around.

You want an aluminum polish. Look at polishes they use for car and motorcycle wheels
Something like Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish
