My beater 582 Rem.
I did some work out side last evening and noticed I still had a target on my 33 yd. target board that was clean. I had my old painted Remington 582 still lying on my bench in my room so I thought I should give it a try on the target with the one shot at each bull. I shot a couple shots at a spot on the target board and it seemed to be slightly left. Then I shot a sighter at the top right and it was left so I moved it to the right. It is scoped with a Nikon 4X rimfire that is under powered for this target so I just have to center it as best I can and shoot. So I shot the row of five and then the wife called me for supper. For some reason supper sounded better than shooting so I went to eat. Here is the target. Squirrels don't like this old "beater" rifle.

Nice shooting.
That'll work.
That'll work.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.
I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.
