I drove from our home in central NC to Middlebury, Indiana and picked up our Sunnybrook Titan 5er on Halloween Day of 2005 .... I have no clue how many miles she's traveled bouncing down the road behind 3 different tow vehicles since then ....I've wondered a bunch of times how long the rubber shear spring would last .... the answer appears to be, just over 20 years .... on recent trips I've noticed a solid metal on metal impact when taking off from a standing start and again when applying the brakes .... without getting overly technical, that ain't good ..... the diagnosis indicated the pin box's rubber shear spring had failed .... my first inclination was to rebuild it .... I quickly learned that before I could even order the parts, I had to disassemble it .... 20+ years of exposure of metal parts to weather proved to make that impossible .... so I had to go with an expensive Plan B .... the fact that Sunnybrook made it's frames in house, really complicated figuring which model to order .... all I can say is I sure hope the one shipped today from etrailer proves to be the right one .... it should be here sometime next week

I hope the install goes smoothly, and you already have all the tools you'll need.

Positive thoughts heading your way. I had a great experience with E-trailer when I bought my Jeep tow system from them.
