It's been in the news for some time, now, about TC starting up again, but thanks for the update. That's the most recent news and it's encouraging. The new owner, Gregg Ritz, is actually the former owner, the same one who engineered the sale to S&W.
Looking good at this point. I am very pleased to see that he is moving back to Rochester and I'm sure the folks in Rochester are, too.

Okay, not that it makes any difference, but Ritz is obviously not a Contender collector. Had to smile at this one. At the 5:50 point in the video, that "late 60s" Contender is actually a late 70s Contender with that wood and cross bolt hammer and the scope is an 80s TC Electra Dot. Again, no big deal, but I do get the impression that Ritz is a lot more excited about the Encore in the video. My guess is that we'll see the Encore come back, but not likely the original Contender.
