Noob from Atlanta

Hello. I’ll introduce myself quickly.

I’m from Atlanta. The H012CX is my first Henry and first lever gun. I’ve been drooling over them for years and finally made the jump. Planning to pick up a 45-70 Henry when I can find one at a decent price.

I’m retired and am currently building a home in Florida. Once done, I’ll sell this house and start building my summer home in Montana. Life isn’t all roses as my wife has been diagnosed with stage 4 TNMB. We’ve been fighting breast cancer since 2017. Give us the ammo and we’ll keep fighting! So far we are fighting a good fight.

I’m not much of a hunter. Duck, Dove and Turkey is about all I’ve ever done. I enjoy clays and targets. Had a chance last year to go to Texas and join a hog hunt. I really enjoyed it! Was invited again this year and will be taking the Vaquero and Henry.

Two kids. My daughter graduates this year and is heading to the university of Edinburgh. My son will graduate next year. He’s looking at Columbia and Chicago. (Physics)

I’m a car guy as well, though with two teens driving, I don’t get to indulge my passion these days. I also do some wood turning. I enjoy home projects. Finished out our basement a few years back. Complete with the football room! Alabama fan....ROLL TIDE!! Wife is an alum, sister is an Alum and I went to UAB.
