45 colt and 45 ACP

Post by brianpa » Wed Feb 24, 2021 5:53 pm

A local guy listed 45 ammo told me at one time he had a 1911. He had 1 box federal 50 rounds, box of cowboy action rounds 25 rounds, and some other federal 39 rounds all for $60.00 so I said I would take them all. I don't have a 45 colt and I now own 75 rounds and 39 45 ACP. I don't know if I'm reselling the colt or saving them and buying a Henry in 45 colt.
I only took all of them because the price was right.

A new side gate .45 Colt CCH Carbine would look great in your rifle collection!

Sorry but it’s Karma.

Recently I needed a scout style scope for a rifle and made a trade with a guy for two scout scopes. Since I only needed one and had an extra I of course started shopping for a second scout rifle. I ended up buying a Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle in 5.56. It just happens.

Karma, it’s wonderful. :D

Enjoy shopping for that new 45 Colt. :o

Go for it!"
I had some 38 special and 357 mag ammo left over from my revolver days so I "needed" a Henry 357 to square things up.

I think it is a 342 It was my Grandfathers he bought new in like 1968 or 69. It's not going anywhere. My dad has been using it and I have been using my Mod.70 XTR Feather weight 30-06.
