Forecast is for 30% rain but it might hit 70 degrees so I’m heading to the range to make some noise.

65° going to 83° on the mountain today. 1st cup of dark roast coffee is down, and waiting on the cook to start breakfast. No plans so far. Waiting for a phone call from my neurologist for the results of an MRI. He cancelled my visit to the VA hospital yesterday, and said he would call me instead. Hmmm. Will see. Cheers

Another humid day but with a nice breeze from the East due to a storm system off the coast. Off to my cardio doc for a test today.

70 this morning under what the Weather Channel list as a sunny sky but looking up we see very little blue .... supposed to get up to 84 later today (it hit 90 here yesterday) .... strong thunderstorms moved south of us last night .... strong lightening but not close enough to hear the thunder .... sausage, eggs and Folgers flowing through a Henry mug have kicked off our morning

You're killing me. Coffee and custard again.
Seventies and light rain this morning. Got the 8N out and bladed the drive until I heard thunder.
Tractor with a loader and a blade making contact with the ground is not good with lightening around.

Mosquitoes are terrible. Bathed in Cutter just to work in the woods.

61 and sunny this morning, a high of 79 expected. Thunderstorms tonight, off to the orthopedic dr. this morning. Everybody have a great day!

64° going to 83° with thunder rumbling already on the mountain. 1st cup of coffee down in the Don't Tread Mug. Wife is feeling better, and dog is fed.
I'm sore after doing a complete service on my JD D140 mower yesterday. Cheers

72 and dry air this morning. Heat wave is over for a few days.
Coffee and custard again this morning.
Going to the Dentist, Dr. Mengele, this morning to get the dentures fitted.
Maybe bacon and eggs tomorrow morning.

Mosquitoes got so bad it was just unbearable to go outside. Sprayed with
Cutter yard and garden spray this morning. Just attach to a hose and let em have it.
That stuff works pretty darn well. Die, die, die you blood suckers.

we awoke to a much cooler 65 degree morning under mostly clear sky, calling for it to reach the low 80's later this afternoon .... 50% chance of scattered thunderstorms from shortly after noon today through noon tomorrow .... breakfast is long gone .... still sipping Folgers from a Henry Mug while watching Fort Apache ..

Got up early this morning, just couldn't get back to sleep. Took the dogs out about 5:30 a.m. and it was already 80°. The little boy was acting sick and didn't want to walk after about 50 yards or so. I wound up carrying him back to the house. He seems to be fine now. I think it was an upset stomach. Anyway after a couple of cups of joe I'm ready to work on a clarinet. First instrument to grace my workshop since May. This Covid thing has really hurt my business. Luckily I've invested well and have enough to fall back on in hard times. I know other's who haven't been so fortunate.

Got back from the Dentist and gums aren't healed enough yet. Aaaaacccckkkkk!

I hear you Jake. We are pretty well off considering everything and are helping the kids with some bills.
Also we hire friends to do work around the place. They won't accept charity, but are more than
willing to work for wages.

We thank God daily for our good fortune. I have to put the credit on Carol. She handles all the
bills and investments.

Yes!! , this Covid thing has had ripple effects on a lot of things, to say the least. My son and DIL are considering a break up. Terrible ramifications on my two grandaughters. Can only intervene so much. Breaks my heart. Don't know what to do.
My own problems seem miniscule as compared to this!
I sure hope for some improvement SOON!!

Hot today and heat wave next week they say...not a big fan of heat waves.... oh well, you have to take it as it comes...guess will do my hay hauling I have planned in the morning....and be gla I have air conditioning!
