Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
50 under a beautiful Carolina Blue sky with a 0% chance of rain and a projected high of 69 .... eggs, our home smoked sausage and Folgers to start a day that will be a bit busier than most .... hated it but had to pass on some beautiful, homemade strawberry scones, simply toooo many carbs .... first on tap is taking our Silverado in for them to fix an issue with its power windows .... the switch panel is on the driver's door and it got wet a while back .... with summer on the way, being able raise and lower the windows is needed .... then to Walmart for meds .... later have to hookup our camper and take it to a welding shop for them to inspect its receiver .... I believe it is fine but the broken carrier last August shows just how much pressure it it under .... paranoia set in and I want it checked
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Very sunny and 46 this morning, 70 for a high. Looks like yard work and maintenance on the lawnmower, not too exciting.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Just about time to go make my coffee. Maybe toast this AM.
It's raining.
We were getting so dry dogs were chasing trees down the road. Supposed to hit 70 this afternoon after the rain passes. I'm ready.
Got the drive bladed yesterday with the old 8N. Progress is slow this Spring, cause I'm old I guess, but I still make progress on the chores. Keep plodding on my friends.
Ordered a small air conditioner for my shop and they say I can pick it up today. Really like that shop. Use it all the time.
The oysters last night were fantastic! Best the Wife has ever done. Along with that garlic potatoes and a salad.Wow! fell asleep in my chair watching TV.
Anybody else watch RFD TV? We watch it quite a bit for the music they have. Weekends evenings are the best and if you like rodeos they have them on as well. We have Dish and it's channel 231.

Yesterday's rain has moved out to sea leaving clear skies. Today should be mostly sunny with high temps in the upper fifties. Enjoy your day.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
for us this morning started early at 5:45AM .... one cup of coffee prior to getting on the road at 6:20 so as to be at our local Sam's Club .... they have reserved the 7 - 9AM time slot on Tuesday and Thursday for us Old Folks .... picked up paper products for us and friends who medically can't get out for such shopping .... purchased 3 Sam's size pork loins, the smoker is warming up for one of them, the other two will be sectioned .... all will be vacuum sealed and frozen .... following a breakfast of sausage, eggs, sliced tomato and Folgers I'm about as ready as I get to start a day .... 46 when we got up, 53 right now on its way to 78 under a clear Carolina Blue Sky with a 0% chance of rain

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Toast and Jelly with my coffee this AM. It's starting in on an all day rain, which we need BTW.
Got a lot of yard work done yesterday, but still more to do. It's early yet.
Wanted to go shooting with the guys, but most are afraid of the virus and won't go out to the range. Oh well, raining anyway.
Got everything started after a long winter and emptied out the barn. Left some of it out to let the rain wash the dust off.
Used the old 8N to patch and blade the drive yesterday, and dump some black dirt on the lawn to repair patches that moles ruined last year.
Guess I'll work in the shop today.
