Trip yesterday to town, picked up more caps, powder and lead balls. The LGS had lots of ammo and primers of all sizes by the looks of it.

Put a mulehide wrap on my frontier rifle. Makes a good grip when sighting.

So if flints are not classified as firearms then can one bring it across the border.
This is long ago posted, but I thought I would address it in case nobody else has in the remaining 30+ pages…

You can buy anything you want that is legal in Canada and bring it across the border, as long as you have your firearms license, and declare the items. You will want receipts / paperwork to show where you bought and what you paid. The only trick is being legal while transporting to the border. The Canadian border won’t care about the US laws, but they will probably look at you like you’re an idiot if you show up without legally transporting in the US.

I’ve brought plenty of parts across, but never a complete firearm. It would be the legality of a non-USA citizen transporting a firearm in the USA that would be the question. We can, as Canadians, carry firearms in the USA with an ATF Form 6, but as far as I know that form only covers ones imported to the USA.

The Bronco was a 2021 Bronco Sport. Great little vehicle but traded last week for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler.
