No brussel sprouts this am. Just a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and roasted slivered almonds in it. Off to werk the baseball tournament at the local university. Not very warm out there right now at 47deg. Supposed to maybe touch 60 today.

48 and sunny this morning. We had a spritz of rain overnight, just enough to ruin a car wash. A bit cooler today but still temps in the mid 60’s with sunshine. Had a spectacular day yesterday on the golf course with mid 70’s, sunshine and just enough of a breeze to keep us cool.

Heading the the dentist this morning otherwise more trip preps on the schedule.

Was the mid 70's the temp or your golf score? :D

our power went out yesterday about 10PM and wasn't restored until 2AM .... I have sleep apnea so the outage put my CPAP machine out of service .... sleep apnea can cause strokes and I fully admit being paranoid about that eventuality and stayed up until the power was restored .... the reason for the outage shown on Duke Power's website was tree limbs on their power lines .... bottom line, I'm going on just under 5 hours sleep .... Maureen has gone to a breakfast at the daycare where a 5 year old girl our daughter is fostering .... later we plan to meet friends at our local Cabela's at noon .... they have a pontoon boat and are meeting us for lunch and looking over the ones at Cabela's .... I can see the need for an afternoon nap .... 62 at 8AM on its way to 80 later today before dropping back to 53 overnight

 It could be my score on the front nine….

34 with a light frost again this morning but the upper 70’s are forecast for later. Nice again tomorrow and then maybe a bit showery for Mother’s Day. Cooler and wetter next week, yep just in time for our vacation

Hitting the golf course again today but I really should be staying home and working on preps. Oh well, it always gets done right?
