I just checked the indoor range where I bought my Henry, nothing said about closure. I've never been to a gun range either, except HCP , and when I was with the local Sheriffs Dept. None indoors.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Hasn't been any change at all to MS ranges or gunshops except voluntarily by the individual range or shop. A couple of the bigger ranges have canceled meets, but that's about it. Our laws prohibit any State or lesser jurisdiction from interfering with our gun rights, which includes the ability to patronize ranges and gunshops. There are some limits on certain locations where you can't carry, such as courtrooms when in session and jails, but other than the few long standing listed areas it's all good. :)

In fact Boondocks (probably the best training academy in MS) is still open and scheduling courses as always.

A recent quote from their blog.
During this time of fear and panic, many are running out to purchase firearms and ammunition because of the “fear of the unknown.” Training classes like those offered here at Boondocks FTA™ are as much as “mindset training” as they are firearms training. Many of the firearms classes also contain information that span a much wider array of topics. The instructor will usually have suggestions for books, other classes, and even other instructors or people you should follow on some of the social media outlets. As you become more “plugged in” with these like minded people, you gain a greater knowledge base. Those that consistently seek education and training are much more likely to be better prepared to handle the situations occurring in our society and to shrug off fear and panic.

I’ll be social distancing with my boat! Loving the spring time.

And, will be shooting at a local site, away from everybody.
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.
