What a great game, thoroughly enjoyed watching that epic battle. What a comeback. They'll be talking about this one for a long time.

we didn't watch yesterday's Super Bowl LIII ---- any good commercials .. :?: .. after seeing comments about "Gladys Knight's Gorgeous Rendition of the National Anthem!" I watched it on YouTube .... she's 74 and performed it with class and dignity ....

Well, I figure that there is no way they can know I'm watching or not, so why not watch until I am insulted by something. It wasn't bad. Kinda boring defensive game, but pretty good overall. I figured the half time would be controversial, but not really. Almost all of the non game entertainment including the opening and half time were done tastefully. Several commercials were very entertaining as well. That's what I really enjoy about the whole thing. I don't watch much football anymore however. Whole deal disgusts me.

A Sunday afternoon nap won out, and I woke up towards the end of the 3rd quarter.
What a surprise to see the Pats ahead 3 to zip! Seemed like the usual high scores and action stats diminished a little.

Like Cooperhawk, I'm not a big NFL watcher.
Do like college hoops, and March Madness will soon move into the limelight.

But most of all, watching our American pastime, a slow-paced MLB game, is what I enjoy.
The "peanuts and Crackerjacks" are a great part of it, too, following a couple of hot dogs!
