Morning, 28° here this AM and headed towards the 60° mark.
No white dirt here thank goodness, and definitely no white Christmas as it's due to be near 70. :o

RP
Keep pushing that warm weather our way Randy! We're supposed to be up near 70 on Christmas day.
Personally, I love it.

Currently 35 with a high of 36 coming here in an hour or two. Had some rain overnight on top of the foot of snow on the ground. Kinda of a mess out there, glad I plowed my driveway yesterday or it would be a gooey mess. As today progresses we are expecting a cold front and more snow later today and overnight. Then starting on Monday we are expecting an Arctic Blast with highs in the single digits and lows below zero. Gotta get some more kindling split before Monday.

58° this morning. Going to be a warmer day today in the upper 70's. Fixed eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for breakfast. Not much work today.

Good morning from central W TN, doesn't feel like Christmas time, it's 52 and headed towards 70.
Pretty windy though got a 12 mph breeze out of the South.

Fair 37°F 3°C
Humidity 87%
Wind Speed S 10 mph
Barometer 29.33 in
Folgers and cookies.
We had a high of 39 yesterday and it barely cooled of during the night. Supposed to hit 46 today.
If it does that will break a record for high temps on this date. Of course tomorrow it's supposed to
dive back into the deep freeze. Oh well, that's Minnesota for you.
Carol is setting up for a Christmas Eve dinner extraordinaire. I don't have all the details yet, but I
do know it includes Prime Rib with all the trimmings. Our Granddaughter who we haven't seen for
a couple of years is coming from Wisconsin with her Fiancé as are all the local children with their
families. Then tomorrow they all go to the other side of the families, (in laws), and we go to our
daughter's in North Minneapolis for dinner with her and her in laws. After church of course. Lots of food.
I managed to make two more cutting boards in the ship yesterday and am still rubbing in the Mineral
Oil. They will be ready for gifting to whoever wants them today.

To everyone of the forum we send wishes of a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year and prayers
for all who are ill or living under stress.

31 heading to 33. We are under a Winter Storm Warning for 10 - 22” of snow between today and Monday. Here in the valley we’ll hopefully be on the lower end of that range. Then after all the snow we have a cold spell coming with highs in the single digits and lows below zero. I think winter is here.

Heading over to my son’s new place this morning to drop off an ATV with a snow blade. He’s not set up for the amount of snow we have coming now that he’s living in the country. Damn city boy.

Hey, I have a son in law like that. He's really a good guy but when he and his step father come out to cut firewood I worry the whole time they're here. City guys with my chain saws.

Luckily they listen to me and are careful, but the step dad has to wear my chaps if he wants to cut. You know those ones that will bind up a chain saw instantly. So far no injuries. Yet.

Merry Christmas
Christmas morning here in Aus, 65 at 6am going for a top of 95.
Has started to warm up the past week with a few days in the low 90s but today will be the hottest day for the summer so far.
Looks like it will be the new year before we start getting days above 100.
Will fire up the smoker shortly and put on a lamb roast for lunch to go with the seafood and trout I caught Thursday.

29 heading to 33. Had another 4” of snow come down so I’m sure there’s over a foot on the ground. More coming today and tomorrow then the big deep freeze comes. Forecast low for my place is -14 Tuesday night. Yuk, hate temps that low, things break! Oh well, got the wood rack full and lots of kindling split.

Still dark but here’s a shot of my backyard this morning.
