Looks like fun. We had one of our bathrooms done and are now waiting for the hardwood to come in so we can remove all the carpet and the old hardwood from the kitchen so it can all be replaced. It is what they call engineered hardwood and I hope it really works as it is not cheap. $$$$

Your renovations are outstanding, Coach. I've been following along with a lot of admiration for the designs you selected and the quality of the installations. Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing the project with us. And, like Sir Henry's and BOM's improvement projects, it provides a tiny bit of insight into your homelife. You're doing it well.

That railing is impressive. I had pictured the typical spindles with a hand rail. This is way beyond that!

Well the renovation is finally finished.

The automated shades are in. It was a long time coming and I’m glad it’s over. 99% of the job went fairly fast. The last part the shades was a horribly slow turnaround. Especially since I was working in the industry and knew how long it should have taken…

Next project will be the outside built in BBQ/Smoker/Grill combo.
