Congrats! Good shooting to you.

My MT husband owned one if not more (?) Marlin 336C rifles in the 35Remington caliber.

He used to own many, many Made in CT Marlin rifles in 60 plus years. He only owns a couple of CT Marlin rifles now.

Then he went back to using the 30-30 caliber in some hunting spots out here in Western Montana. He hunts in various types of terrain.

He sold his last Marlin in 35Reminton several years ago and sold all of his reloading stuff for it too.

It was a very nice gun and the man who bought it still loves to shoot it and hunt with it. They see each other at the range. Two men who were friends of each other were interested in it and one guy told the other one that if he did not buy it asap - he would while they were standing in the gun store together. The original man ended up buying it but his friend shoots it too!

Take care!

Cate

The 35 rem is one of my favorite levers.
Enjoy

P.S. I wish Henry would make a 35 rem in the new
BIG Boy. I would order one today.

Ditto on that. I'd buy one, too.

Well Henry lost that sale, I picked up another Marlin 35 rem. A few weeks back at a gun show.
And it looks almost new. Pre cross bolt safety.
